At the final round of the World Challenge at a soggy Sherwood Country Club, American Rickie Fowler at one of the shots of the afternoon Fowler holed out for Eagle from 121 yards out on the Par 4 first. Fowler ended the tournament in a tie for fourth place at nine under. As for the leader, Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell looked to do something he hasn't done in two years. McDowell snapped a two-year winless drought after holding off a late charge by Keegan Bradley. McDowell's three-stroke victory marked the second time in three years that he has won the World Challenge.
