At the final round of the Scottish Open, Phil Mickelson struggled with fierce winds and heavy rains to finish tied for 16th at 12 under. Later on the 18th, Francesco Molinari sank a clutch putt for par to force a playoff with Jeev Milkha Singh. And on the first playoff hole, Singh would secure the victory. Singh shot a bogey free 5 under 67 to tie the lowest round of the day. Singh has now secured himself a berth in next week's Open Championship.
