The Red Sox doubled up the Braves at Fenway Park on Saturday night. Boston roughed up rookie hurler Randall Delgado, who only lasted one-and-one third innings. Dustin Pedroia's RBI double in the bottom of the second gave the Red Sox a 4-1 lead. Rookie Will Middlebrooks hit a solo home run, his ninth of the season, off reliever Cristhian Martinez in the bottom of the third to make it a 5-1 game. However, Atlanta made things interesting in the top of the seventh when Chipper Jones' RBI double cut the deficit to two. But the momentum was short-lived as Daniel Nava's two run single in the bottom half of the frame sealed the Boston's 8-4 victory.
