Carpenter Lifts Dolphins Over Seahawks

Dan Carpenter hit a game-winning field goal at the end of regulation to give the Miami Dolphins a 24-21 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Ryan Tannehill added 253 passing yards and a touchdown.

The Dolphins were looking to break a 3 game losing streak as they hosted the Seahawks in Miami Sunday afternoon. Seattle Rookie QB Russell Wilson was stellar, throwing for 224 yards and 2 scores. Wilson's counterpart Ryan Tannehill was also excellent, completing 18 passes for 253 yards, with a touchdown and a pick. The Dolphins did just enough to beat the Seahawks, storming back in the 4th with 2 touchdowns to tie the game and driving 65 yards over 6 plays on their final drive to setup a game winning 43 yard Dan Carpenter fieldgoal, as the Dolphins edged the Seahawks, 24-21 at Sun Life Stadium.
