Patriots Beat Dolphins, Clinch AFC East

The New England Patriots topped the Miami Dolphins, 23-16. The Patriots clinched the AFC East for the 4th consecutive year. Tom Brady threw for 238 yards and had a touchdown and an interception.

Tom Brady and the Patriots traveled south with an eye on the AFC East crown as they took on division rivals Miami Dolphins. New England struck first with Stevan Ridley's 2 yard touchdown run. Tom Brady would take over from there, connecting with Wes Welker on a 7 yard strike putting the Patriots up 14-3 in the second quarter. Brady finished with 238 yards on 24 completions with one td and a pick. Brady's counterpart Ryan Tannehill rushed for Miami's only touchdown late in the 3rd but that came in a losing effort as the Pats netted their fourth straight division title after dropping the Fins, 23-16
